Children's Vision Screening Training has been offered by Prevent Blindness Georgia for four years. The training demonstrates the use of the Lea Symbols Chart for 4 - 5 year olds, the Random Dot "E" Test for 4 - 9 year olds, and the Snellen Chart for students 6 and up.

2. Submit Payment - $50 Registration Fee
* Registrations will not be considered complete until payment has been received. All payment must be received no later than 48 hours before your training session.
