Children's Vision Screening Training
Prevent Blindness Georgia offers several children's vision screening trainings.

School Nurses
Classes for school nurses are taught according to the
Vision Screening Guidelines for Schools.

PBGA Pre-K Screening Staff
Prevent Blindness Georgia offers Prevent Blindness America certification to persons who will be screening according to Prevent Blindness America standards in the pre-school setting.

	Pediatric Practices Pediatric staff are taught according to guidelines adopted jointly by Prevent Blindness America and the America Academy of Pediatrics as published in Preschool Vision Screening for Healthcare Professionals.
	Training is offered for $50 per person or $300 plus mileage for up to 35 participants at practice location.

Prevent Blindness Georgia is pleased to recognize school
systems and school nurses who are providing vision
screening for students throughout Georgia.
