Keeping Hoosier Adults In Sight
"Gift of Sight " is the replacement eyeglass program established by Prevent Blindness Indiana (PBI) that - through Luxottica Retail - furnishes a voucher for glasses at any LensCrafters with a prescription recent within two years.
Who is eligible for "Gift of Sight" services?
PBI requires "Gift of Sight " clients to meet certain income and insurance eligibility requirements before they are helped.
