10th Annual A Little Night Vision Gala

On February 16, the magic of Hollywood came to downtown Raleigh for an evening of fun.  The 10th annual “A Little Night Vision”, held at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, featured a delicious tasting of local restaurants, the rocking sounds of the Fantasy Band, and a silent auction valued at over $20,000.  With over 300 in attendance, this evening proved to be a wonderful time and raised over $41,000 for the sight saving efforts of PBNC.  Food was provided by Barbara Boney Caterers, Bentley’s at Crossroads, Square Rabbit and Taverna Agora.

16th Annual Prevent Blindness Mixed Doubles Tennis Classic
MacGregor Downs Country Club

Record breaking temperatures in the Triangle were no obstacle for the tennis fans and Prevent Blindness North Carolina supporters who turned out for 4 days of food, fun, and exciting competition at this year’s MacGregor Downs Tennis Classic.  Over $22,000 was raised to help support the programs and services of Prevent Blindness North Carolina.  Many thanks to all the Sponsors, Donors, Patrons, and Players who helped make the 16th Annual Prevent Blindness Mixed Doubles Tennis Classic a huge success.  We hope to see you next year!
