We provide vision screening and follow individuals whose eye problems are detected in our clinics. If a child or adult has no financial resources to pay for examinations and treatment, we will assist with finding payments for examination and treatment.
Children's Vision Screenings for children ages 3 to 6 are provided at daycare centers and preschools throughout most of northern California. Daycare center or preschool personnel interested in setting up vision screenings at their sites should call our office at 800/338-3041 for information.
Adult Vision Screenings will soon be expanded to serve more communities. If you would like to volunteer to help start a clinic in your area, please call us at 800/338-3041. At this time, the clinics are available only in the San Francisco Bay Area.
This 96-page large-print resource directory gives names, addresses, telephone numbers and descriptions of organizations that help people with sight loss in our area. We would be happy to send you a free copy, or feel free to call us with your information and referral questions.
